About the Learnership
Bosch is offering a Production Technology Learnership aimed at unemployed youth who want to build a career in the manufacturing sector.
This structured 12-month programme combines:

Participants will work towards a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable experience in a professional production environment.
Your Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
- Perform duties in accordance with the learnership agreement
- Adhere to company principles and values
- Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning
- Participate in all required training and workplace activities
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Matric certificate with Mathematics and English passed
- Have no prior work experience (experience not required)
- Reside in or around the Brits area
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
- Not have participated in any prev
- ious learnership programme
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
