A LIVING EULOGY OF 2LAC MUSIC.
We normally write tributes to people who are no longer with us, but in this case it’s the opposite. Regardless of what stage you are in life, a tribute can help lot of people adjust to their thinking about that person.
2lac music (Thulasizwe Khanyisani Mthembu ka Ntuli), born on the 8th of July 1998, from South Africa KwaZulu Natal. Raised in a small village called KwaMpuzana he is without a doubt the most observant, attentive and acknowledgeable friend I have met. Compassionate and humble, he represents the man most people wish they have met, or they wish to be. It’s quite funny how his contagious smile and infectious laugh turn heads every time he talks.
2lac grew up loving music, he used to sing at school, he started taking music seriously when he joined a school choir called the songbirds led by his teacher miss Gugu Dlamini, the conducter of the group was Mr Mncwango.

He has always dreamed of writing and recording his own music. Back then it was a dream, but he managed to turn that dream into reality in 2019 where he recorded his first single song called Amalahla which got lot of people’s attention and even played in a local radio station Nongoma FM on drive connection with Nqubeko Ndlela. From then he started to record more music, collaborating with local artists and producers. He even worked with a group called House warriors, Cmbero, Dunsiko, Born to rule, Pianola, Soundfixers and Dj Kooly K from Botswana. He has also shared stage with big artists like Dj Tira, Zakwe, Duncan, Dlala Thukzin, Zaba, Lindo.
We all know that as Black South Africans we tend to have this stereotype of saying music is for English people only or let me rather say White people, here I met this friend of mine 2lac music who proved lot of people wrong. 2lac music has also blessed us with a hit MAMA AFRICA where he teamed up with Tencent music artists ,Lord slash song published by Virgin music this song is a special song 2lac music calls it a prayer for all African’s to unite and pray for Africa. The song accommodates everyone because it is sang in different languages such as Swahili.
He has also worked on his first Ep ABANTWANA where he did a special collaboration, with different tribes. He says this Ep is dedicated to every African child, this Ep has the best producers like Suspectry, Khoskafour19 and Msotra. And singers such as Keith vocals and Oscar . 2lac music aim to live and love all African children.
