Job Overview

Purpose Statement
To welcome clients and manage branch flow through effective queue coordination, deliver excellent client service, assist clients at ATMs, and support transactions via remote and self-service banking channels. The role aims to build the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for a service consulting career.
Experience
Minimum:
- No prior work experience required
- Must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
Ideal:
- Client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational)
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Basic numerical and calculation skills
- Ability to engage positively with people
- Clear understanding of personal career goals
- Willingness to learn and grow within the banking industry
Ideal:
- Knowledge of a bank branch environment
- Understanding of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills
