General Worker – Warehouse (Temporary)
Location: Kempton Park

Rate: R28.79 per hour
Purpose of the Role
To support day-to-day warehouse operations through the handling, packing, sorting, and movement of cargo, including working within cold storage environments, while adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and offload cargo
- Pack, sort, label, and store goods accurately
- Assist with stock control and inventory counts
- Operate within cold storage areas when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and security procedures
- Support forklift drivers and supervisors as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12
- Experience in cargo, logistics, or distribution
- Cold storage experience (essential or a strong advantage)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
