Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the gardens and landscapes on all Leeu Collection properties, ensuring plan growth, design and neatness in line with the aesthetic style

Reduce any accident or damage to equipment, loss of tools and supplies
•
Undertake general farm and landscaping activities
•
Adhere to and maintain health and safety standards

Familiar with mixing of soils and fertilisers
•
Making and transplanting of seedlings and cuttings
•
Planting/plant maintenance
•
Ability to assess landscaped conditions to ensure a healthy growing environment
•
Communicate accurately and timely to ensure speed of quality of services
•
Must be able to operate garden equipment and tools
•
Must be a team player

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas across all Leeu Collection properties, ensuring healthy plant growth, neatness, and alignment with the required aesthetic style
• Carry out general farm and landscaping activities as required
• Mix soils and fertilisers according to planting requirements
• Propagate plants through seedling production, cuttings, and transplanting
• Perform planting and ongoing plant maintenance
• Assess landscaped areas to ensure optimal growing conditions
• Operate garden equipment and tools safely and correctly
• Minimise accidents, equipment damage, and loss of tools or supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and timeously to support efficient, high-quality service delivery
• Work effectively as part of a team

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Matric certificate (advantageous)
