Recruiting on behalf of a client, this programme is designed to build practical workplace skills and improve long-term employability through hands-on exposure across multiple business functions in a professional environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Provide support to various departments based on business requirements
- Participate actively in workplace learning and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Aged between 18–35 years
- Basic computer literacy and good communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
