Kenny’s Pork Crackling is a well-established food manufacturing business based in Springs (East Rand). We are looking for a strong, results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to replace a senior role in the business.
This is a SALES-FIRST role. Management and planning are important, but sales performance is the number one priority.

Key Responsibilities
· Actively drive sales and protect existing customer relationships
· Aggressively pursue new customers (retail, wholesale, food outlets)
· Take ownership of customer retention and sales growth
· Plan stock purchasing, production quantities, and delivery schedules
· Assist with managing factory staff and daily workflow
· Work closely with the owner to improve profitability and systems
Minimum Requirements
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
· Practical planning and decision-making ability
· Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable
· Comfortable in a hands-on, owner-managed business
· Willing to be on the road and deal directly with customers
