Position Overview

Pedros is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will ensure that quality products are received, prepared, and served to customers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), while delivering excellent customer service.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure that all food products are prepared and served according to company SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, food safety, and speed of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company SOP.
• Adhere strictly to food safety standards and procedures.
• Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently according to SOP.
• Maintain speed of service in a high-volume environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with stock handling and receiving when required.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
