What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll receive full training to:
- Handle incoming customer calls confidently and professionally
- Listen actively and resolve queries or complaints effectively
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Turn challenges into positive customer experiences
- Build strong, trusted customer relationships
- Engage and retain customers through excellent service
- Collaborate with your team and team leader
- Represent the Rewardsco brand with professionalism

Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- 12 months customer service or call centre experience (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Clear criminal record
- Must reside in Gauteng (role based in Sandton)
