Training Force is offering learnership opportunities that open doors to skills development and professional growth.
Whether you have recently completed matric or are currently in Grade 12, Training Force provides learnerships across a wide range of fields, including:
- Construction
- Business Services
- Marketing and Retail
- Information Technology
- Manufacturing and Engineering
- Transport and Logistics
- Hospitality
Training Force also offers online training programmes for individuals who wish to upskill and strengthen their CVs. These online courses cover various subjects that may be of interest and can be completed remotely.
About the Learnerships
If you are between 18 and 35 years old and have completed Grade 10 to Grade 12, you are encouraged to apply. Training Force learnerships are open to both able-bodied applicants and persons with disabilities.
What to Expect
- Applicants may receive an SMS invitation to complete a pre-training assessment.
- Once a suitable learnership becomes available and your profile meets the minimum requirements, you will be contacted for placement.
