Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and ethical professional to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will represent the brand by delivering exceptional service, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate financial solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Connect with customers by consistently living up to our brand promise
- Engage with customers in a clear and professional manner, offering solutions tailored to their needs

- Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell products aligned to customer requirements
- Maximise channel optimisation opportunities in line with customer needs
- Support cost containment and operational efficiency initiatives
- Promote migration to eChannels and encourage the use of digital and self-service platforms
- Comply strictly with internal procedures, processes, and risk guidelines
- Perform transactions above the required benchmark while delivering exceptional customer experience
- Take accountability for personal performance and career development
- Complete all required training through eCareers platforms
- Contribute positively to team effectiveness and overall business success
- Adapt to changing business environments and evolving customer needs
