Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and ethical professional to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will represent the brand by delivering exceptional service, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate financial solutions.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a clear and professional manner, offering solutions tailored to their needs

  • Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell products aligned to customer requirements
  • Maximise channel optimisation opportunities in line with customer needs
  • Support cost containment and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Promote migration to eChannels and encourage the use of digital and self-service platforms
  • Comply strictly with internal procedures, processes, and risk guidelines
  • Perform transactions above the required benchmark while delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Take accountability for personal performance and career development
  • Complete all required training through eCareers platforms
  • Contribute positively to team effectiveness and overall business success
  • Adapt to changing business environments and evolving customer needs
