Position Overview

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a multi-channel program (chat, email, and voice). This high-performance role is essential to delivering a world-class stakeholder experience through professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will provide real-time support to couriers, customers, and restaurant partners, ensuring seamless service delivery while adhering to legal, compliance, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class support to couriers, customers, and restaurants.
• Provide assistance via live chat, email, and voice channels.
• Support couriers with active order issues in real time.
• Resolve escalated and high-complexity inquiries involving legal, compliance, and business risks.
• Facilitate communication between customers, restaurant teams, and live support teams.
• Ensure compliance with global and local legal requirements when communicating with independent contractors.
• Utilize internal systems and tools to optimize stakeholder experience.
• Meet and exceed personal performance KPIs.
• Stay updated on process changes, training materials, and operational communications.
• Maintain consistent communication with team leaders and management.
• Participate in meetings (1-on-1s, team huddles, and company-wide sessions).

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Grade 12 certificate or 3 CXC certifications.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Johannesburg, Gauteng.
• English proficiency required.
