About the Role
You will form part of a dynamic incident response team responsible for:
- Handling home emergency calls requiring immediate resolution and coordination
- Managing property damage incidents that may escalate into insurance claims
- Providing customer support throughout the initial stages of the claims process
- Communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, including policyholders, insurers, and contractors
Your role is essential in offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support to customers when they need it most.
Working Hours & Flexibility
We offer a variety of shift patterns to accommodate different lifestyles:
- Full-time flexible shifts: 7-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Core operating hours: 08:00 – 20:00, Monday to Sunday
- Shift schedules provided at least 6 weeks in advance

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to engage professionally with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Calm, composed approach when dealing with customers in high-pressure situations
- Strong listening skills with a high level of empathy
