Position: Control Room Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm-based applications
• Monitor live-streaming CCTV systems
• Conduct daily CCTV and system checks
• Capture data (reports and incident logging)
• Communicate site movement information
• Liaise with armed response and field supervisors
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Matric
• PSIRA registered
• Advanced computer literacy and strong report-writing skills
• Minimum 12 months control room experience
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts:
  • 2 days (06:00 – 18:00)
  • 2 nights (18:00 – 06:00)
  • 4 days off
