About the Programme
The Clicks Youth Employment Programme (YES Programme) 2026 is designed to empower unemployed South African youth by providing practical retail experience and accredited training in store operations.
This structured programme combines classroom-based learning with hands-on workplace training in a Clicks retail store, preparing participants for entry-level roles in the health and beauty retail sector.
What the Programme Includes
Participants will receive:
- Structured classroom-based learning
- Practical on-the-job training in a Clicks retail store
- Exposure to the health and beauty retail environment
- Customer service and point-of-sale (POS) training
Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded an:
NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator Occupational Qualification
This nationally recognized qualification enhances employability in the retail sector and provides foundational skills for future career growth.

- Not be registered on another Learnership or Skills Programme
