What You Will Learn
As a learner, you will gain practical skills in:
- Retail customer service
- Visual merchandising execution
- Sales support and order placement (MyCCBA platform)
- Product visibility and promotional support
- Consumer behaviour and sales processes
- Stock rotation and quality control
You will report to an Account Developer and work closely with Coca-Cola’s sales and merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Merchandising
- Execute daily calls at assigned outlets
- Implement Coca-Cola merchandising standards
- Maintain promotional displays
- Ensure correct stock rotation
Sales & Customer Support
- Assist customers with orders
- Support promotional campaigns
- Ensure product availability using RED and iRED scorecards
Team Collaboration
- Work with sales team members
- Receive coaching and performance feedback
- Provide team support when required
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Have Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English + Second Language (minimum 40%)
- Be a South African citizen
- Be 18–35 years old
- Be unemployed
- Not be studying or registered for another learnership
- Not have completed the same qualification before
- Have no criminal or adverse credit record
- Be willing to work 6 days per week
- Meet Employment Equity requirements
Advantageous (Not Required)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing
