Code 8 & 10 Driver / Fleet Controller

A well-established and growing home removal company is seeking a skilled, reliable Code 8 & 10 Driver / Fleet Controller to support their expanding operations. This is a dual-role position, combining driving duties with fleet control and administrative responsibilities.
Approximately 80% of the role involves driving and household removals, with the remaining 20% focused on fleet coordination and administration.

Key Requirements
- Grade 12 (preferred)
- Proven driving experience (Code 8 & 10)
- Ability to manage the flow of operations and allocate resources efficiently
- Flexible working hours – must be willing to work overtime and outside normal business hours
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Own reliable transport (advantageous)
- Must currently reside in Cape Town

Package
