The primary objective is to execute tasks related to the transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel, as well as to manage the collection and distribution of mail and other documentation to and from work sites, while also ensuring the accurate recording, processing, and updating of information.

- Conducts inspections of safety devices, controls, lubricant levels, and other vehicle components, reporting any defects to the Superintendent.
- Monitors and/or participates in the loading and unloading processes of materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Transports personnel, equipment, and materials to and from designated locations.
- Collects and delivers mail and documentation to and from Regional Offices and depots.
- Completes necessary internal transactional documentation and associated forms.
