Purpose of the Learnership
The program is designed to give you practical, hands-on experience in logistics while completing a formal qualification. You’ll gain exposure to:

- Freight forwarding & customs clearance
- Transport operations
- Business administration
- Project management
- Lifting machine operations
Available Courses (NQF Levels)
You may be placed in one of the following qualifications based on your strengths:
- Warehouse Supervision (NQF 4)
- Road Transport Supervision (NQF 4)
- Business Administration (NQF 4)
- Transport Operations (NQF 4)
- Lifting Machine (NQF 4)
- Lifting Machine (NQF 3)
- Freight Handling (NQF 3)
- Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance (NQF 3)
- Project Management
Final placement will be discussed during the interview process.
Duties & Responsibilities
During the learnership, you will:
- Assist in warehouse operations (storage, movement, dispatch)
- Learn safety and organisation procedures
- Handle freight and cross-border logistics documentation
- Assist with customs paperwork
- Support office administration and reporting
- Participate in logistics and transport planning
- Assist in project coordination
- Operate lifting machinery (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Learn road transport regulations
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Have Matric (Grade 12)
- Be proficient in English
- Be based in South Africa
