Role Purpose
As a Service Agent in Eskom’s Contact Centre, you’ll be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality customer service through various communication channels. You’ll handle customer inquiries, support service operations, and help resolve issues efficiently using Eskom’s established procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer queries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Carry out back-office and administrative support tasks.
- Handle outbound and multimedia interactions to support service delivery.
- Assist with vending, prepaid, and EasyPay processes.
- Support marketing, sales, and overall customer service functions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or National N Diploma (NQF Level 6, 240 credits) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least in customer service, call centre, or customer relations roles.
