Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in learning facilitation or tutoring.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
INTERNAL PROCESS:
- Facilitate learning events, interventions, and programs that are in alignment with both business objectives and educational requirements.
- Assume responsibility for the comprehensive learning experience, ensuring that participants are actively engaged and able to meet their educational goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders regarding the content, execution, engagement, and effectiveness of learning events in relation to the intended learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to enhance proficiency and stay informed about any updates in the subject area.
- Modify facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles within the group, thereby optimizing the overall learning experience.
- Communicate all logistical details, requirements, and necessary tools to the appropriate coordinator to guarantee the smooth operation of the learning intervention.
- Collect evaluations and feedback on the learning intervention and prepare pertinent reports.
- Offer insights to relevant stakeholders concerning learner progress, engagement, and performance.
- Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping within the designated systems.
- Administer assessments in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to evaluate learner competence.
- Identify and implement post-learning initiatives to reinforce and enhance the learning process.
CLIENT:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
