What You Will Contribute to the Brand:

• Inspect the building for burnt light bulbs and replace them as needed (Daily).
• Deliver milk to the tea kitchens (Every morning).
• Ensure air conditioning units are functioning properly on all floors, particularly the first floor (Daily).
• Apply ant killer in the parking areas (Every second Monday).
• Refill water coolers on all floors (Daily).
• Wash vehicles (Every Monday and Friday).
• Clean the vending machine (Every Wednesday).
• Collect recycling paper from all departments and store it in the designated area (Every Tuesday and Thursday).
• Maintain cleanliness in the carport (Every Wednesday).
• Empty ashtrays on all floors (Daily).
• Wipe down toilet walls (Every Wednesday).
• Lubricate all metal door hinges (Every second Thursday).
• Clean all internal glass doors and windows (Every Tuesday).
• Weed the front yard and generator area (Every second Monday).
• Sweep the fire escape (Daily).
• Empty the fridge in OPS on the first of each month.
• Wipe all air vents and fixtures on the first floor (Every Monday).
• Wipe all air vents and fixtures.
• Clean all air vents and fixtures on the second floor (Every Tuesday)
• Inspect and clean all fire extinguishers and hoses (Every Thursday)
• Examine the generator (Every Monday and Friday)
