Role Overview

HR Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Inspector to take full accountability for operational performance across designated security sites.

The successful candidate will lead and manage teams, ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), statutory requirements, and company policies, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving service excellence in a fast-paced operational environment.

This role requires a proven leader with solid security industry experience and strong people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control allocated sites and security personnel to ensure full compliance with SLAs and statutory requirements.
• Maintain high service standards and operational effectiveness across all assigned sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
• Manage staff performance, discipline, attendance, and conduct in line with company policies.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to management.
• Ensure correct staff deployment, training, and PSIRA compliance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to operational incidents and client concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• PSIRA registered (Minimum Grade B)
• Firearm competency for business purposes
• Clear criminal record
• Strong client liaison and relationship management skills
• Proven leadership and disciplinary management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands
