New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership Opportunity
Introduction
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in a New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership.
This comprehensive programme is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the essential skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to establish, operate, and grow successful enterprises.
This learnership is ideally suited for a male candidate living with a disability, who is eager to complete a nationally recognised qualification while gaining structured theoretical training and hands-on business experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions and complete assessments
- Develop a viable business idea and detailed business plan
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
- Compile and submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)
- Complete all required assessments successfully
Desired Experience & Qualification
- South African citizen
- Approximately 45 years of age
- Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 preferred)
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication skills
- Basic numeracy skills
