Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of Adidas customer service to every shopper.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with ticketing, stock intake, and verifying received merchandise against documentation.
- Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor as required.
- Help develop and maintain merchandise displays according to store management guidelines.
- Develop proficiency in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Apply effective selling techniques (e.g., add-on sales, explaining technical product features) to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; occasionally serve as store Greeter during peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store cleanliness.
- Safeguard company assets and adhere to loss prevention procedures, including monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity (SLAP).
- Participate in in-store and digital training programs (Atticus/AREA) to build product knowledge and best practices.
- Utilize Power BI tools to understand store performance metrics, best-sellers, and blackhole products.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passion for retail and customer service excellence.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Clear, confident, and positive communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience
