We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to join our team in the property sector. This role combines client services, property rentals, and marketing to support business growth and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client services and property rentals
- Draft and implement marketing strategies, measuring their effectiveness
- Analyse marketing statistics to adjust and improve campaigns
- Participate in designing marketing materials and advertisements
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain trusting client relationships through effective communication
- Apply sales and marketing principles to achieve business objectives
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Essential)
- PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (Advantageous)
- 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Property Management (Advantageous)
- Proven ability to sell and close deals
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to create, implement, and follow workflow systems
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing principles and their practical application
- Strong communication skills and ability to identify client needs
Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R20,000 – R26,000 per month
