Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Legal Cover Sales & Service Consultant with experience in Motor Insurance Service and Sales. The successful candidate will engage potential clients, provide expert product knowledge, drive conversions, and deliver exceptional customer support throughout the policy lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Cover Consultation & Lead Conversion

  • Engage potential clients with clear and informative discussions about legal cover options
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
  • Address concerns confidently and professionally to drive conversions

2. Customer Service & Claims Support

  • Provide empathetic, efficient assistance from policy inquiry through to claims resolution
  • Ensure a seamless, reassuring customer experience
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery

3. Upselling Legal Benefits

  • Identify opportunities to recommend enhanced cover, additional protections, or premium features
  • Increase overall policy value while ensuring alignment with client needs

4. Product & Legal Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of legal cover products, terms, and benefits
  • Clearly explain coverage details and highlight key advantages

5. Proactive Client Engagement

  • Conduct structured follow-ups
  • Encourage renewals and policy upgrades
  • Address post-sale questions effectively

6. Data-Driven Performance

  • Use feedback and conversion data to refine sales strategies
  • Improve upselling success rates
  • Continuously align offerings with customer needs

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fully functional in MS Office
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
