
Position Overview
To deliver service excellence by providing efficient customer service, performing accurate point of sale (POS) operations, and maintaining high merchandising standards in-store to ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all Point of Sale (POS) operational activities efficiently and accurately.
- Scan merchandise and process payments with a high level of accuracy, including processing Clicks ClubCard rewards.
- Ensure safe and responsible handling of cash at all times.
- Promote the Clicks ClubCard programme and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining a friendly, professional presence.
- Maintain merchandising standards and perform housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, ranges, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support and uphold the company’s vision and values in daily operations.

Education:
