- Drive turnover to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Control operational expenses to ensure profitability
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards
- Lead people management processes including recruitment, development, employee relations, and performance management
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company strategy
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- At least 1 year of store leadership experience
