Key Responsibilities

  • Drive turnover to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Control operational expenses to ensure profitability
  • Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards
  • Lead people management processes including recruitment, development, employee relations, and performance management
  • Execute in-store merchandising strategies and maintain brand standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company strategy
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • At least 1 year of store leadership experience
