Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support across network, server, and application environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtualisation issues
- Monitor systems, performance alerts, and service uptime
- Assist with server maintenance, backups, patching, and system updates
- Support internal infrastructure and proprietary management systems
Requirements
- Strong interest in server and network support/engineering
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Basic exposure to Windows Server or Linux Server environments
- Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox)
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an infrastructure environment
