Key Responsibilities

The following is a compilation of tasks you will be expected to perform during your work shifts.

• Execute all fundamental cleaning duties in and around residential and office premises.
• Clean floors and rooms, which includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, removing larger items from the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Maintain restrooms by restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuum, dispose of trash, and replace liners as necessary.
• Set up, stock, and manage cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Oversee and uphold sanitation and organization in designated areas.
• Transport soiled linens to the appropriate location for cleaning and replenish areas with fresh linens.
• Provide assistance to other departments as required to ensure optimal service for guests.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed.
• Exhibit proficiency in communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a capacity for problem-solving.
• Maintain a high level of responsibility and dependability.
• Work collaboratively within a team setting, promoting a spirit of cooperation.

Qualifications

The following criteria must be met to be considered for this position:

• Matriculation certificate
• Proficiency in English
• Reside within 25 kilometers of the workplace
• A clear criminal record.
